Oklahoma-South Carolina 'College GameDay' forecasts: Which analysts selected the Sooners and the Gamecocks?

Oklahoma football will have the chance to encounter "Beamer Ball" and South Carolina this Saturday.

Shane Beamer, the former assistant head coach and tight ends coach for the Sooners, is set to return to Norman to face his previous team.

Oklahoma is coming off a disappointing offensive display in the Red River Rivalry, where they suffered a 34-3 defeat against Texas in Dallas last week. In contrast, the Gamecocks nearly achieved an upset against No. 4 Alabama on the road, falling short by a two-point conversion.

This Saturday will be the inaugural matchup between the Sooners and the Gamecocks on the football field. The teams will not have to wait long for a rematch, as they are scheduled to compete again in Columbus, South Carolina, in 2025.
